Return Merchandise Authorization
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return or Warranty policy period. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which iPhoneGear.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Money Back Guarantee
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deduction will be made to account for current market value. These terms apply to refunds. Customers must inform iPhoneGear.com of any order discrepancy within 30 days from invoice date to accurately investigate and give proper attention to the issue.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, to take advantage of iPhoneGear.com's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with iPhoneGear.com's Product Return Procedure. Any breach of iPhoneGear.com's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of iPhoneGear.com's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
