The Guarantee is good for a 30-day period from the date you receive the products. The Guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship. The Guarantee does NOT cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mishandling. Products covered by this Guarantee will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

If UPS or USPS damaged your product you should make the appropriate claim with the carrier, as soon as is possible.

To use our Satisfaction Guarantee program, create a support ticket with your order id and explain why you are not satisfied. Once reviewed by our staff you will be issued a return authorization number if you are still within the return period.
